Let’s jump in!
Northern Colorado Springs is a highly sought-after location, particularly for families, due to its award-winning school district and various family friendly amenities. This area offers a mix of posh suburban living as well as custom homes.

Plenty of new higher-end fast food, shopping and dining options are found on the Northside as well. This is also a hotspot given its northern location for those who work in Denver and commute. Overall, Northern Colorado Springs continues to be a popular choice for those seeking a comfortable and family-friendly community with higher end amenities.
Central Colorado Springs: Central Colorado Springs is a thriving area. Historically this area was considered “Northeast/East Colorado Springs, but with the city’s expansion in recent decades, everyone refers to this area as the center of Colorado Springs.
Living in Central Colorado Springs makes getting around a breeze due to access and proximity to three major roads: I-25, Nevada Ave. and Academy Blvd. This area is also known for it’s its access to everyday shopping and conveniences as well as the beautiful Palmer Park which is a vast open space providing over 25 miles of trails in the middle of the city. —And amazing views! The area has a diverse mix of new and longtime residents and there are a wide range of home types and price points, ensuring there is something for everyone’s taste and budget.

The westside of Colorado Springs offers the high-end tranquil Mountain lifestyle. This area is a place where you can enjoy the delight of nature all around you as you are butting up right against the majestic front range.

Given the access to stellar hiking, biking, and climbing outdoor enthusiasts love this area. The Westside is extremely popular and residents here put a lot of importance on living healthy and active lifestyles. The Westside side broadly speaking is less “cookie cutter” suburban than other areas in Colorado Springs and many neighborhoods here offer larger lots, unique architecture and, in some places jaw dropping custom home builds. If you are looking for an elite mountain lifestyle, the Westside of Colorado Springs is for you.
Calling all hippies and quirky mountain people! Come and check the Old Colorado City area which was once its own town in Colorado Springs.
This area centers around the famous and historic shops and buildings on Colorado Ave. Old Colorado City is a lively place with multifarious local shopping and dining offerings and streets lined with colorful 100 year old historic homes. Strolling through neighborhoods here you will find lots of vegetable gardens, and a general “openness” in lifestyle. Old Colorado City is also a great place for those who love to ski and snowboard due to easy access to highway 24 which is one of the best ways to access mountain activities. If you want an eclectic place to live, Old Colorado City is where it is at!

The Cheyenne Mountain area (which is also referred to as Broadmoor area) in Colorado Springs is synonymous with luxury and elegance.

Nestled against the backdrop of the stunning Cheyenne Mountain, this prestigious community offers a truly upscale living experience and an award-winning school district. The Broadmoor Hotel, a historic and world-renowned establishment located in the heart of Cheyenne Mountain, sets the tone, exuding opulence and charm. The Cheyenne Mountain area is not just a place to live; it’s a lifestyle. If you seek a refined and luxurious living experience in Colorado Springs, the Cheyenne Mountain area is the epitome of elegance.
Downtown Colorado Springs is full of activities and offers a vibrant and dynamic lifestyle.
Downtown has seen a lot of change in recent years with various new businesses opening here and expansion with new apartment housing plans in development as well. The lifestyle in Downtown is high energy, community centered and anything but boring. Downtown Colorado Springs now features a vibrant culinary scene as well as trendy cocktail lounges, shopping and local breweries. Homes downtown range from meticulously preserved mansions in the Old North End, to modest bungalows and everything in between. If you love old charm, hip dining options, and fun events, Downtown Colorado Springs is the spot for you.

Southern Colorado Springs is an ideal area for those seeking affordability and variety in housing types having various single family, townhome, condo and apartment options.

The area offers value for homebuyers, providing more space at a lower cost compared to other parts of Colorado Springs. While many parts of Southern Colorado Springs are still up-and-coming, the city of Colorado Springs has approved an urban renewal plan off South Nevada, attracting new businesses and amenities to the area. If you are looking for an affordable and evolving neighborhood in Colorado Springs, Southeast Colorado Springs is certainly worth considering.
East Colorado Springs: East Colorado Springs a.k.a Powers Corridor and Stetson Hills area is one of the most active and growing areas in the Springs.

Homes on the east side of Colorado springs are newer and there are still various neighborhoods in development here. The east side shares many resemblances to neighborhoods in Northern Colorado Springs, but you can get a lower price per square foot here. With great amenities and close proximity to military bases, this is a popular location among families and active military members or anyone looking for the quiet enjoyment of a suburban lifestyle in a newer home. This area also provides ample shopping, dining and entertainment options along the Powers corridor, so you won’t need to go far for the essentials. If you want a newer home and more square footage for the best price don’t overlook East Colorado Springs.
